Best Vegan Tacos Ever

Here is the recipe for the best vegan tacos ever...

Ingredients:
1 tube of fake ground beef
1 chopped plum tomato or equivalent in size
1/3 chopped onion
3 finely chopped green chilies (optional)
Medium+ smoking point oil (light olive or canola works best)
Taco Shells

Spices:
Chili Powder
Cayenne (optional)
Red Pepper Flakes
Habenero Sauce (optional)

1) Crumble of the fake beef into a skillet lightly covered with hot oil. OR you can put in the whole tube and use a wire potato masher to crumble it.
2) Add some chili powder to season ( A few tablespoons sprinkled over). Brown for about 5 mins, stirring occasionaly.
3) Add the chopped tomato, onions, and chilies (if using). Add some more chili powder and some of the other spices if using. If you dont use chilies, I recommend using some Habenero sauce (spiciest pepper in the world. Use SPARINGLY, maybe 2 teaspoons at most for the light at heart. If you have used it before, use as much as you like, but be careful)
4) Taste test! If it is too bland, add some more chili powder (and cayenne if using). If its too hot, add more tomato or cook of some of the spice.
5) It is done when the onion is soft and tomatoes have blended in.

Put in shells serve with:
Salsa, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Leeks, etc
-------

I made these last night and I am eating them again for dinner tonight. These are simply the best tacos ever!

You can also use 2 cans of black beans instead of the ground soy. I immagine that pinto and refried beans would work also. If the beans are whole, use the spatula to mush them up.

Well, I don't actually think this is likely to have effect.
