Faux Burgers

I was talking to a new friend on AIM, and we were discussing hunting and such, and how its so easy for Americans to go vegan when you can just buy a box of boca at the supermarket. So here is the recipe for some of the best faux burgers ever. They taste real, without the dead animal aftertaste.

Ingredients
1 tube of Gimme Lean "Ground Beef Style" faux meat. (its sold with the faux deli meats)
Canola or light olive oil

1) Grease a skilet with a little bit of oil. Dont use to much or else when you flip the burgers it will splatter. Heat the oil so that it sizzles when you drop a tad of faux meat in it.
2) Take some faux meat and make patties (I find that 5ths work best, not too thick, not too thin) Do NOT flatten them on the table or cutting board. They will stick and break.
3) Put the burger patties in the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on medium-low on each side, or until browned but not black. Dont forget to nudge it with the spatula often so it doesnt get burnt or stuck to the pan.
4) Take the patties off of the pan, and voila!

You can also make patties and freeze them for later use. Also, greasing your hands with a tad of oil will help the faux meat not stick to you, since its quite sticky.

Serve with ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, tomato, steak sauce, lettuce, leeks, etc!
