Previously this blog was dedicated to the life and endeavors of a teenage vegan navigating a non-vegan world, with recipes, tips, animal activism and more! Now, as of March 2011, I am embarking on a raw food journey for health as well as ethical reasons. Although I am currently raw, I am leaving all of my previous content up, including cooked-food recipes, etc. Veganism is great for the planet, the animals, and YOU!, no matter which form of it you choose to follow :)

Fast Food List Update
I updated the Vegan Fast Food Options page. I added a ton of stuff, nearly doubling it! Besides fast food, it contains options at quick, casual chain restaurants (Applebees, Ruby Tuesday, Subway, etc)
It took my about an hour, so I hope you enjoy!

applebee's steamed vegetables are always steamed with butter unless u ask them not to. (i had some w/o butter and i thought it was on the dry side, maybe ask them to replace it with lemon juice or something.)
