Vegan New Year's Resolutions Anyone?

I'm a little late doing this, but I'd like to share some tips and reasons (and other useful information you may need) for going vegan if you are interested in doing it as a New Year's Resolution (that's what I did two years ago, and still going strong!)

OMG I'M SO SORRY!!! I've been doing soccer, track, and a plethora of homework these past two (almosy three) months! My new school is big on homework (though not on getting good teachers) so I've barely had time to eat or sleep. But don't worry, the blog is here to stay, I just might not be able to update so often.

I had a very nice Christmas and Thanksgiving, once again making the lovely Chocolate Bread Pudding from GoVeg.com, which was wonderful.
For Christmas, I recieved Sinfully Vegan by Lois Dieterly (the link will bring you to the Google Books page, where you can read the whole thing for free). There are tons of Boston Cream Pie recipes, which I'm excited to try.
In a few minutes I'll post a collection of tips for going vegan for those wishing to make the change for New Year's, enjoy!
